It seems to be flying. On the right is a large, white, faceless human male form with a glowing aura around his body holding the controls of a small, female marionette with a pregnant belly, bulbous bald head, and several broken strings still attached to her. In the upper right corner is a small winged fairy-like figure with red stripes all over her body, and holding a rose in her hand. The child wears an outfit resembling KKK robes and is seated with legs spread and lifting the robes. She/he has a strange smile and the eyes are circled many times in black, perhaps for a dizzy or hypnotised effect. Various childlike scribbles in white paint surround the child, including a house with a tree, a bug, a bird, a monkey, and clouds. The background is grey with hot pink.
